The Career Coaching Certification is an ICF-approved Continuing Coach Education (CCE) program. Upon completion, you’ll earn 20 CCE units that count toward renewing your existing ICF credential or applying for a higher one. This approval means our training meets ICF’s quality standards for ongoing coach education.

You’ll be qualified to coach individuals at all career stages: from students and early‑career professionals to executives and those navigating career changes. The tools and frameworks you learn can be applied in both private practice and organizational settings.

You’ll attend 20 hours of live training spread over several months, with sessions scheduled roughly every two weeks and some weekly sessions toward the end. Between sessions, expect to dedicate 2–4 hours per week for practice, assignments, and peer coaching.

You don’t need to be an experienced coach, but you should have at least a basic understanding of coaching principles. The program focuses on career coaching specialization and does not cover general coaching foundations. If you’re brand new to coaching, we recommend completing an introductory coaching course before enrolling.
No. This certification can be your first step into coaching or an advanced specialization if you already have coaching experience.
Your facilitators are ICF‑credentialed coaches with extensive experience in career coaching and training, drawing on the methodologies of the six international schools integrated into the program.

Live training sessions are usually held every two weeks, moving to weekly later in the program, giving you space to apply your learning and practice between classes.

Yes. All live sessions are recorded and available for replay in your participant portal so you can catch up anytime.

You’ll have lifetime access to our alumni network, resource library, and ongoing events. You can also be featured in our coach directory and client referral pool.
